Flue gas condensers

For biomass boilers

    • Total power of connected boilers up to 150 MWth*

    • Up to +30% of the heat recovered (depending on the humidity of the fuel and the temperature of the incoming water)

    • Vertical, shell type. Takes little space in the boiler room, the flows do not mix, so no additional heat exchangers are needed

    • Effective countercurrent heat exchange design – temperature difference between outlet flue gas and incoming heating water up to 3 degrees

    • Continuous washing of flue gas tubes with condensate

    • Low electricity consumption and easy maintenance

For gas and liquid fuel boilers

    • Total power of connected boilers up to 300 MWth*

    • Depending on the moisture content of the fuel and the temperature of the incoming water, up to 15% of the heat is recovered

    • Water tube type

    • Cross-counter-flow design – temperature difference between outgoing smoke and incoming heating water up to 10 degrees

* Non-standard parameters available on request
